Membership
IndiaCALL (The India Association of Computer Assisted Language Learning), an affiliate of AsiaCALL (The Asia Association of Computer Assisted Language Learning) is happy to announce the enrollment of members.
Membership is open to educators, researchers and practitioners, and persons interested in technology-supported language learning and teaching. Interested persons may send details i.e their names, addresses, Tel nos, email ids, along with name and address of the institution where they are working, or worked last to infoindiacall@gmail.com for membership.
Two types of membership are available:-
• Individual membership
• Corporate membership
IndiaCALL and AsiaCALL membership is offered as a complete package at a price of Rs. 500 or $10. Please note that IndiaCALL membership is not offered separately.

Technology aided learning of language is something that will undoubtedly be on the increase as advances are made in technolgy.However, what exactly would be the benefits of joining an organization which simply encourages it?
Would one have to be a member to attend the conferences?

If you join the organisation you will be working towards the fulfilmemt of the objectives of it. I hope you have visited the home page wherein we have specified our objectives.
You can avail scholarship for attending the International conference of AsiaCALL as presenter. Please visit events page for details. However, you can attend conferences/ workshops by paying normal registration fees.

I am a lecturer and head in KKSJ Maninagar College in Ahmedabad.
I have heard that IndiaCall has been looking for someone to look after the activities in Ahmedabad. I am quite aware of the activities of AsiaCall. Dr. Dilip Barad (Bhavnagar Uni,) has informed me about the same.I would like to join the IndiaCall and involve myself in such academic activities.
